退款政策

简单说：首次购买 14 天内无理由退款，通过 Paddle 办理；订阅可随时取消，用到已付费期结束。
1. 14 天无理由退款
首次购买（年付或买断）后 14 天内，如果卷轴PDF 不合你的需要，可以申请全额退款，不需要说明理由。
2. 如何申请
退款通过 Paddle 办理。你可以在 Paddle 的收据邮件中找到订单并按其中的指引申请，也可以发邮件到 guanforlol@gmail.com，附上订单号或购买时使用的邮箱，我们会通过 Paddle 为你处理。退款会退回原支付方式，到账时间取决于你的银行或支付渠道。
3. 取消订阅
年付订阅可以随时取消。取消后不再续费，你可以继续使用自动模式直到已付费期结束。超出 14 天首次购买期限的已付费期不按剩余天数退款。
4. 退款之后
退款完成后，对应授权会失效，自动模式不可再用；手动模式不受影响，仍然永久免费。
5. 法定权利
本政策不影响你依据所在地法律享有的任何消费者权利。

In short: 14-day no-questions refund on your first purchase, via Paddle; cancel a subscription anytime and keep access until the paid period ends.
1. 14 days, no questions asked
If Living Scroll PDF isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase (yearly or lifetime). You don't need to give a reason.
2. How to ask
Refunds are handled through Paddle. You can request one using your Paddle receipt email, or email guanforlol@gmail.com with your order number or the email you bought with, and we will process it through Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long that takes depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel the yearly subscription at any time. It will not renew, and you keep auto mode until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods beyond the 14-day first-purchase window are not refunded pro rata.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is complete, the license is deactivated and auto mode is no longer available. Manual mode is unaffected and stays free forever.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
