简单说：手动模式免费；付费购买的是官方构建版本中自动模式的个人授权，最多 2 台 Mac；年付自动续费、可随时取消；本软件按现状提供。

1. 适用范围

本条款适用于卷轴PDF（Living Scroll PDF，以下称「本软件」）官方构建版本中的付费功能，以及你通过本网站进行的购买。本软件由 lululynne（以下称「我们」）开发。

2. 免费使用与源码

手动模式永久免费，不需要购买或登录。本软件的源码以 PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 协议公开，源码的使用受该协议约束；本条款约束的是官方构建版本中付费功能的使用授权。

3. 授权

付款完成后，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在本条款期限内使用官方构建版本中的付费功能（自动模式）。你不得转售、出租或再授权该许可，也不得绕过、破解或篡改授权验证。

4. 购买与 Paddle

购买通过 Paddle.com 完成。Paddle 是记录商户（Merchant of Record），是这笔交易的卖方，负责收款、开具收据以及计算和代缴适用的销售税 / 增值税。你的订单同时受 Paddle 买家条款约束。结账目前尚未开放。

5. 年付订阅与自动续费

  • 年付订阅每年按当时价格自动续费，直到你取消为止。
  • 你可以随时取消：使用 Paddle 收据邮件中的订阅管理链接，或发邮件给我们。取消后不再续费，已付费期内的使用不受影响，可以用到期末。
  • 续费价格如有变动，我们会在下一次续费前提前通知你。
  • 除第 8 条所述退款政策外，已付费期不按剩余天数退款。

6. 买断

买断为一次性付款，不会续费。买断包含购买之日起一年内发布的更新；一年之后，你可以继续一直使用你已经拿到的版本。之后发布的新版本不包含在买断内。

7. 试用与激活

  • 自动模式可以免费完整试用 3 次，无需绑卡。
  • 每个授权最多可以在 2 台 Mac 上激活。需要更换设备时，可以停用旧设备上的激活，或联系我们处理。
  • 授权激活功能上线后，激活时会向授权服务器发送邮箱、授权码和设备标识，详见隐私政策。

8. 退款

首次购买 14 天内可以无理由退款，详见退款政策。

9. 合理使用

请只截取你有权保存的内容。你需要自行遵守适用法律、他人的隐私权以及被截取应用或网站的使用条款。

10. 免责声明

本软件按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。我们不保证本软件不出错、不中断，或适用于每一个应用和页面。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本软件造成的任何间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的全部责任以你在过去 12 个月内为本软件支付的金额为上限。部分地区的法律不允许排除某些保证或责任，此时上述限制在该地区法律允许的范围内适用。

11. 条款变更

我们可能会更新本条款，更新后会修改页面顶部的「最后更新」日期。重大变更不会追溯适用于你已经付费的期限。

Terms of Use

In short: manual mode is free; a purchase is a personal license to auto mode in the official build, on up to 2 Macs; yearly renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime; the Software is provided as is.

1. Scope

These terms cover the paid features of the official build of Living Scroll PDF (卷轴PDF, "the Software") and purchases made through this site. The Software is developed by lululynne ("we", "us").

2. Free use and source code

Manual mode is free forever, with no purchase or login. The source code is published under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, which governs use of the source. These terms govern the license to use paid features in the official build.

3. License grant

Once payment is complete, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the paid features (auto mode) of the official build for the term of your purchase. You may not resell, rent or sublicense it, or bypass, crack or tamper with license verification.

4. Purchases and Paddle

Purchases are made through Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and the seller of the transaction: it collects payment, issues receipts, and calculates and remits applicable sales tax and VAT. Your order is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Checkout is not open yet.

5. Yearly subscription and auto-renewal

  • The yearly subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time, using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If the renewal price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.
  • Apart from the refund policy in section 8, paid periods are not refunded pro rata.

6. Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewal. It includes updates released within one year of purchase; after that, you may keep using the version you have indefinitely. Versions released later are not included.

7. Trial and activation

  • Auto mode can be tried free for 3 full runs, with no card required.
  • Each license can be activated on up to 2 Macs. To move to another Mac, deactivate an existing one or contact us.
  • When license activation launches, activating will send your email, license key and a device identifier to the licensing server; see the privacy policy.

8. Refunds

First purchases can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

9. Acceptable use

Capture only content you have the right to keep. You are responsible for following applicable law, other people's privacy, and the terms of the apps and sites you capture.

10. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or work with every app and page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the Software, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the previous 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places these limits apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
